Deposits:

• Deposits are required to book an appointment.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits can be transferred 1 time to another appointment as long as the initial cancellation is made 48 hours prior to appointment time.

 

Cancellations:

• There is a 100% of service fee for any no call no shows and same day cancellations.

• There is a 50% of service fee for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

All policies are to cover for time/money loss. If you choose to book another appointment, these fees do not apply to the new appointment.

 

Lateness:

• We have a 10 minute grace period. If we still have time to service you after 10 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

• If we do not have enough time to service you after 10 minutes, it will result in your appointment being cancelled and charged 50% of the total service price instead.

• In the case that we still have enough time for the appointment after 10 minutes, the $15 late fee will still apply and the appointment time will NOT be extended. We will do as much as we can in your original blocked appointment time.

 

This policy is set in place due to the fact that it cuts into our break time and/or our next clients appointment time, setting our entire day back. Let us know as soon as possible if you are running late with an accurate ETA.

 

Refunds:

• All services are non-refundable. You are paying for time and product, both are things that cannot be returned. However, we do want you to be happy with your service. Please notify us at (856)-308-8629 if you have any issues or if you are unhappy for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

• After 48 hours, MUSE is not responsible for issues due to improper after care.

• Refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction to Eyelash Extensions, however we will not charge to remove them if needed.

• Refunds are NOT issued in the event of an allergic reaction or irritation due to eyebrow wax, tinting, facials, makeup or perming of the eyelashes and eyebrows.

 

We do not allow any extra guests or children in our studio.
